Upcoming Events:

inAWE Gallery will now be a permanent space for AWE members to exhibit their work and will serve as a home base for our organization. Contact Rebecca at thirdeyephoto1@gmail.com or info@awearts.org by January 20th if you are interested in participating. Exhibiting artists will be required to work shifts at the gallery and to pay a monthly fee. There will also be a monthly rotating wall in the Winter season for AWE members only.

AWE Members’ Show at the Gunnison Arts Center January 30 – February 26. Drop off artworks on January 27th between 10:00am – 6:00pm, or on January 28th between 12:00 – 5:00pm. Opening reception will be February 3rd from 5:00 – 7:00pm. This show is FREE for all AWE members. Please contact Dawn Cohen or Elisa Meier at info@awearts.org if you would like to show your work.

AWE is joining forces with The Art Studio at the Center for the Arts. Opportunities for Artists include teaching workshops, showcasing your work in their monthly rotating exhibit, creating demo’s for ArtWalk evenings at the studio, teaching a retreat and much more! This is a great opportunity for all visual artists to work together and help expand our art community!
